Schedule of Condition

Whether you are letting, renting or leasing a property, when occupying a new property and there are any financial implications on not returning the property in the condition expected, a schedule of condition is essential.  Such a survey if included within part of the agreement can save both time and money, as all parties will clearly be able to understand if there is any difference of opinion and if so, what is the level of potential dispute.

A schedule of condition is generally carried out on an adjoining owners property, so that if there is any alleged damaged it can easily be referenced and quantified to assist the party wall surveyor resolve the dispute.
